Protective
Coating & Linings
Field
of Application
Transportation
of crude oil, petroleum derivatives, gas stations, transfer of natural gas
transfer of water, transfer of semi - fluid material
All products are manufactured with modern equipments offering a wide range
of anti - corrosive coatings. The below graph illustrates the type of
coatings applied externally and internally according to standards and
special customer requirements.

Surface
Preparation (DIN
55928, SIS 55900)
The process enabling the appropriate surface cleanliness and smoothness
level according to the type of coating is applied by blasting method. (Sa
2 1/2)
Epoxy
(AWWA
C 210, TS 5140)
Various epoxy coatings enabling hygienic inner surface for drinking water
transportation and outer surface to resist soil or sea water corrosion.
Coating thickness of up to 600 micron.
Bitumen
or Coal Tar (AWWA
C 203, DIN 30673, TS 4356, TS 4357)
Inner surface: Coating from 50 micron (primer) to 4 mm.
Outer surface: Glass fibre mat or glass fibre felt reinforced coating.
Cement
Mortar (AWWA
C 205, DIN2614, BS 534, TS 8590)
Specifically for drinking water pipes, hygienic and excellent corrosion
resistance providing inner coating. On demand, regular cement mortar
lining or synthetic dispersion added special cement mortar lining.
Polyethylene
(DIN
30670, UNI 9099, TS 5139, NF A 49-710)
-
For
burred pipes, high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
-
Regular
type coating resistance: 50 ?C continuous operating temperature.
-
Special
type coating resistance: 70 ?C continuous operating temperature.
-
Low,
medium or high density polyethylene coating.
